F L O R I D A

The link goes to a statistical analysis of paper ballot scannner results in Florida.

And here is an article about the data.

The problem here is that the people investigating this will be accused of whining. But what if we really have suffered a major coup d' etat here? Can we even bare to believe it?

more

muhgcee, maybe you didn't notice I had _two_ links above, and one is the same as the one you posted?

Anyway, this is from Al Jazeera's translation fo the recent bin Laden video. It differs in soem very notable places from CNN's translation.

In addition, Bush sanctioned the installing of sons as state governors and did not forget to import expertise in election fraud from the regions presidents to Florida to be made use of in moments of difficulty.

Not sure what to make of that. Could be disinformation.

Wether it would have affected theoutcome of the election or not, why aren't more people talking abotu voter fraud? This is fucking huge people! From MSNBC's Kieth Olbermann:

Interestingly, none of the complaining emailers took issue with the remarkable results out of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. In 29 precincts there, the County’s website shows, we had the most unexpected results in years: more votes than voters.

I’ll repeat that: more votes than voters. 93,000 more votes than voters.

Machines in Broward County FL were couting backward. These were the same voting Op-Scan machines made by Diebold that seem to be 100% correlated with the weird data in the F L O R I D A link above.

11/9/2004 >> ben

shhhhhhh about Cuyahoga... Kerry actually won that one... it's where Cleveland is, heheh

11/9/2004 >> ryan

He's still only the 'projected winner' so Ohio's still up for grabs!

11/9/2004 >> Casey

Cleveland? Home of Mayor Dennis "decriminalization" Kucinich? You want to bet that all of those 93,000 votes went for Bush? I'm sorry but a 67 to 33, Kerry to Bush margin in Cleveland seems unlikely, even if they were projecting Bush to take that city. They should have projected it for Kerry like 85 to 15.

11/9/2004 >> Casey

Besides, even if 100% of those 93,000 votes were for Kerry, he'd have still taken Cleveland. I imagine that CNN's call of Cleveland for Bush probably wasn't the original call anyway.

Jesus Jumping Christ, when the hell are we going to hear about some fucking indictments already????

"* In Miami County, with 100% of the precincts reporting at 9am EST Wednesday, Nov. 3, Bush had 20,807 votes (65.80%) and Kerry had 10,724 (33.92%). Miami reported 31,620 voters. Inexplicably, nearly 19,000 new ballots were added after all precincts reported, boosting Bush’s vote to 33,039 (65.77%) to Kerry’s 17,039 (33.92%). CASE is investigating why the percentage of the vote stayed exactly the same to three one-hundredths of a percentage point after nearly 19,000 new ballots were added. CASE members speculate that it’s either a long-shot coincidence with the last three digits remaining the same, or that someone had pre-set a database and programmed a voting machine to cough up a pre-set percentage of votes. Miami County uses an easily hackable optical scanner with the central counter provided by the Republican-linked vendor ES&S.""

Borrowed from a site that borrowed it from The Free Press.

More fraud, this time in Florida's Volusia County. Why is common dreams the only one following this?

11/20/2004 >> Casey

More still.. This time a statistical study from UC Berkeley.

11/20/2004 >> Casey
