Rolling right along with the theme... tonight I am going to be making 2 beer can chickens - one will be rubbed inside and out with my personal rub mixture (made from a few rubs mixed together, along with some smoked paprika and other things), the other will be brined, with just some salt & pepper to season it, which will hopefully give it a nice soft flavor, but still moist and delicious. I tried to get a picture earlier in the process, but forgot, but I got this, just seconds after carving... the legs still looked great, at least. Applewood smoke really gave it a great smell and color.
