Well all you should need is Windows Media Player and a little bit of patience to let it download if you have dialup. Worked for other people, so I am not sure why it isn't working for you all.
Downloaded it a second time, still no video, but a bit more sound. Couldn't make it an MPEG could ya?

Hrmpf.. Well damn. You must have some funky codec in there I don't have yet.
I've always had trouble with those .wmv's.. they are very microsoft-only kinds of things, all kinds of buggy on just about any non-MS puter.
I'll bet if you got all the Windows Updates it'd probably work.
