you're probably wrong - I was told that story by no less than 5 people. I don't think they're stupid (as put forth in that link), just hoping to believe that the Sopranos did NOT end as crappily as it did...

This caturday, I'm playing at Chuffed! in DC, so come on down for a good time, some Eritrean food maybe... I'll be playing lounge/downtempo/hip hop, and an eclectic mix will be the norm for the whole night. Enjoy!

NUnit ASP 2.0 is finally out... for those of us not blessed with the budget for top of the line Visual Studio, this means Unit Testing is once again possible. which is good for me... and my "lack of attention to detail" problem... hehe

So, what's the deal with Last.fm? Do any of you use the service? Are the recommendations any good? Is it worth the trouble?

my demand on eventful is up to at least 6 people (last i checked) - but let's get them back here! spread the word! more Gogol, in BALTIMORE!
note - i've seen them twice in DC and once in Baltimore, and I liked them a lot in Baltimore, because I was 6 feet from the stage at the Ottobar, something that's just not fun at the 9:30 club...

tech crunch has an article on a company called Zero Footprint that looks excellent. I'm not sure yet about how the process works, but you basically buy credits to make your life carbon neutral... after watching an inconvenient truth this weekend (which, admittedly, didn't teach me much i didn't already know), this has been in my head more...

IT: How do I get my website so that people can come and add a link somewhere? I kind of want it to be like a wiki page.
ART: there's an grand opening tonight at the METRO GALLERY on Charles Street in Baltimore. I hope to see Ben and that crazy blonde girl there.

mission accomplished?
I set out to try out Last.fm's winamp plugin for a month, and I'm pretty sure that all of my "neighbors" (the people whom Last.fm puts closest to my musical tastes) are pretty far apart from me in their tastes... unfortunately it takes any band you listen to and adds it to a list, not weighting it by genre or anything, so my pool fell pretty wide...
Sadly, Jamie, my only friend, got Warren Ellis to friend him. I suppose that's the downside of listening to everything - no one associates closely with you. Hehe.
In other news, Last.fm got bought by CBS a couple of days ago
