We are going to go to the toy store and fuck shit up! I think anyone caught outside of their homes after 1:00AM the Friday aftre turkey day should be shot on sight.

Hey there fancy pants internet user, if you are savvy and like the purchasing of the goods from the Amazon, why not save me a little money while you're at it! Be a nice guy and use the "Amazon!" link on the link-o-matic to the right to start your shopping experience, and if you buy stuff, I get a referral bonus! It'll help with costs for this site, as well as my own amazon Prime account, plus i promise to be your friend extra hard!

I just found this - why it's not on by default must just be developer choice... but:
"Spanner icon > Options > Basics > On startup > Restore the pages that were open last"
works for me, and if you need to/want to use chrome, it should work for you!

I've got a 250 foot spool of speaker wire that I'm not going to use because it's too thick for the job I'm doing. Here's the text written on the wiring:
EXTRAFLEX PLUS™ BY LIBERTY 14-4C-EX+ E190607-E (UL) 14 AWG OXYGEN FREE TYPE CL3 75°C --- C(UL) TYPE CMG FT4 60°C AUDIO ONLY
It’s all four wires bundled together (positive/negative x left/right). Bought it from Tweeter for $150, which is going out of business so I can't return it. Will take any reasonable offer (and will make my very first ever Craigslist post if nobody here wants it).

Upon walking around for his first couple of weeks and experiencing the days and nights that we humans know so well here on earth, my robot, which was purchased from Home Depot just this month, has taken to philsophy and poetry. Here you will read and HEAR his poem, but he was too shy to post it himself. Shyness in a robot?

I know you don't care about anything but this site, so this morning i finally sat down and fixed the comment buttons... so now you can add links, bold, images or italics to your comments with the click of a button!
i tested these locally in FF, Chrome, Opera and IE - the only problem I had with IE was that its security setting made me allow dialog boxes... that's a pain, but whatever... how many of you use IE anymore anyways?

While initially trying to set up the speakers for my system downstairs, and looking up information about whether my sound card actually DOES do Dolby surround and came across Dolby's podcast series... one of which is all about calibration... this is pretty awesome, and makes me want to start thinking about it for the living room, hehe

What we have here is a picture of Klawdya herself. She’s a sexual person, but who isn’t? What she does that you might not do: fully work to express and explore and experiment with her sexuality. I’m sure she has her limits though. Let’s figure them out, shall we?
Clicking the picture will take you to her website / blog where you will find information and links to websites that help the individual to become more involved with their own sexuality.
Interesting.

If you have a few minutes this early PM (Friday, NOV 7, 2008 from 6 to 8), then stop by the Baltimore Hostel to see the photography of Milana Braslavsky on display for public viewing. Interesting.

I have an old Toshiba laptop (pentium 4 2Ghz, 256M RAM, 40G harddrive) on which I'd like to install Linux. The stated goal is to use the computer as a print/media server, but the actual goal is to learn Linux in the process.
I have two questions 1) will this project make me want to shoot myself in the face out of frustration and 2) if not, which flavor of Linux should I use?

as a C# developer, i'm a user of Visual Studio, and i like it a lot... I've always known about the vertical split that it gives you - most of the IDEs out there worth any salt at all have that. A few years ago, Jamie pointed out that you can split your open windows horizontally too, and that made me happy. Today I was wondering if my browser could do that too - for those of us that aren't blessed with 2 or more monitors, or just like having things in 1 window... there's the split view add on in firefox... doesn't look like IE or Opera can do that... and I don't care about safari or chrome yet...
that is all

Hi There. I come looking for some tech advice. Hope I'm in the right place. I am looking for recommendations for a mobile PC or a mobile internet device.
My info so far is not integrated...just scattered facts and figures.
I've always had an eye for the Sony Vaio UX.
