Their MO is that a group of five or so of them are running up behind random people and beating the fuck out of them. This group of bitch boys is responsible for at least 5 assaults so far.
If you have a chance please write tto your local government official (mayor, city council member, police department) and request more information on what the City is doing in response to this.
Thank you.

How/who/where would I go in Baltimore to get an actual 3-D chess set made based on this design? Does anyone know anyone who works with wood or metal or plastics who would be able to make this happen?
Let me know. Thanks.

I got a nasty computer virus on my laptop the other day, even though, I use Symantec thru work. I updated the virus definition files and ran the scan, but Symantec could not get rid of all of the infected files, so I took a chance and tried Spyware Doctor by PC Tools, which I found gets rid of hacktool.rootkit.
It's about 30 dollars for a year.

Upon walking around for his first couple of weeks and experiencing the days and nights that we humans know so well here on earth, my robot, which was purchased from Home Depot just this month, has taken to philsophy and poetry. Here you will read and HEAR his poem, but he was too shy to post it himself. Shyness in a robot?

What we have here is a picture of Klawdya herself. She’s a sexual person, but who isn’t? What she does that you might not do: fully work to express and explore and experiment with her sexuality. I’m sure she has her limits though. Let’s figure them out, shall we?
Clicking the picture will take you to her website / blog where you will find information and links to websites that help the individual to become more involved with their own sexuality.
Interesting.

Hi There. I come looking for some tech advice. Hope I'm in the right place. I am looking for recommendations for a mobile PC or a mobile internet device.
My info so far is not integrated...just scattered facts and figures.
I've always had an eye for the Sony Vaio UX.

Wahoo!
I got a package in the mail today sent by Wilf Holloway. Inside was a photocopy version of the book Winning Chess Psychology, Volume 2 (sent by the author himself all the way from Germany). Needless to say that I am quite lucky to be in possession of this and also needless to say that I am quite excited. I can't wait to look it over.

I live in Bolton Hill now. I saw a little promotional vehicle whilst walking to the Hopkins shuttle that takes me from Penn Station to work researching the effects of cancer drugs on people who have gastro-intestinal and/or pancreatic cancer. I opted not to smoke this morning. See...I'd smoked for like 6 years and then quit for about 5 years and now I am like...WTF..should I or shouldn't I? Bah well...let's get back to the topic of xohm for high speed mobile internet devices. I'm interested. I'm almost excited. I tried it out on their laptops, but not on the nokia device because that had been stolen.

This is about the lengths we go to...the heights we go to...and then we have to take a break sometimes because sometimes we get an idea and it is really kewel, but we don’t have the time right now to finish it off or take it to the level that we imagined...so here is this piece as is. I can’t say it is finished, but I wanted you the viewer to experience the sounds.

Planning for movie making...it will be a serious comedy involving awkwardness and elevators. One day, I will meet the people who will help me make this happen and then I will have to pay them. That's probably why I haven't met them yet. I lack budget and have little to no knowledge of the workings of the local or national or global film industry, but I do know a thing or two about communicating good. with people.?
So there you have it. I've just exposed one of my plans to further ensconce myself into the world of the arts, thereby gaining Baltimore the national attention that it needs in order to begin moving out of the fucking gutter and at least onto the curb for now.
If you look at the Wikipedia article on "world city" or "global city", you will see that the authors of the entry have put forth that there is only minimal evidence of world city formation here in Baltimore and that muh friends is not acceptable to me, but not to worry because there's a thing called global consciousness and there's also a thing called human consciousness or simply consciousness and it is through the use of imagery...meaningful imagery that a human mind can be shaped and motivated and / or demotivated. The global mind can be manipulated similarly by using the networks where minds turn to find meaning, ie the media.
But of course, public image can only get a city so far. Actual production must occur for this city to have a substantial position in the arena of the global cities. I am talking about industry, fools! (note to the reader: not you. i don't think you're a fool) and education, but that takes communication and Baltimoreans are not so good at talking with each other or sitting in the same room with each other.
Can we work together and extend our sphere of mutherfukking influence? I think so. I know so... for it has been shown to me.

I had the idea last night to start a topic called "Songs for Ben" where we could list songs for him. I know he is always on the look out for music.
Today, I suggest "Hey Hey" by Gershon Kingsley, one of the fathers of electronic music.

I like this place. I check in from time to time and read some posts and occasionally post a topic. I would like to get to know you all. Here's some stuff about me. I feel like I am on the edge of something great...perhaps another great set by DJ Walking Stick (aka Ben)...I'm sure that's part of it. I would like to be able to continue to observe and enrich Baltimore's arts and culture scene. ENTER: The World Artist Network, which started almost 2 years ago as a group of artists meeting on MySpace.com...Now we're operating a gallery in Baltimore and we have an online magazine that comes out monthly to show off our artists. World Artist Network is important to me. Here is issue 5 of the WAN Magazine. (Note: WAN in this case does not mean wide area network.) -- http://www.worldartistnetworkmagazine.com -- Let me know if you have any ideas for this production. The next issue will be out June 1, 2007.

B-MORE SOCIAL...that's right...coming soon: a new online magazine to document the Baltimore social scene in a way that just isn't done.
At one level it will be a consciousness builder for the city, so that it can become more aware of itself...and thereby develop and improve. At another level it will be a place for active Baltimoreans to get the attention they deserve and need for their efforts. You go out to the bars and you want to be noticed! B-More Social can make that happen.
Hey..it was B-More Social right? I got so duh-runk last night...but I think that is the name you recommended. Hey! Let me know when you get that bar / club going. I find it awesome that you are moving in that direction.

Not to spam, but Ben, you said to let you know about the online magazine I am working on. I'd like to take it to print one day, but will have to figure out the format.
I keep saying that I want to do stuff, but forget to do it...For example, I forgot to attend your DJ'ing performance the other day. How did that go?
I could include you and your links to the next issue of WAN Mag, which will be out April 2007.
